CatalogPulse Privacy Policy

CatalogPulse accesses product catalog information and the shop domain solely to analyze AI-shopping visibility. We do not sell merchant or customer data.

Data we store

We store the shop domain, tracked search queries, ranking outcomes, and Shopify authentication sessions. CatalogPulse does not request customer personal data.

Retention and deletion

Stored shop data is deleted when Shopify sends a shop-redaction request after uninstall. Merchants may request deletion at any time.

Security and processors

Data is encrypted in transit. Production hosting and database providers process data only to operate the service.
